Once you have selected and paid for your items we will ensure your products are shipped promptly.
All our orders are shipped using either Express (trackable) satchels or trackable courier delivery. We use a reliable shipping service which ensures your martial arts goods get to you fast.
Freight charges are payable by the buyer.
If your products are not in stock at the time of order we will inform you of any delays and the expected arrival date.
MARTIAL ARTS GOODS RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your item when it arrives, we will offer to replace it or refund the original purchase price.
All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
New martial arts goods (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) that are suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within (14) fourteen days of purchase.
We DO NOT accept the return of martial arts accessories or goods which are unsuitable for resale, such as:
— Items that have been worn
— Items that have been washed
— Items that have been altered or soiled

All returned items must arrive in their original packaging, neatly folded as you received them, and be returned to us prepaid.
A replacement will only be sent to you or a refund issued after the item has been received by Pacific Sports- Martial Arts Goods.

Faulty martial arts goods
Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within (14) fourteen days of the original purchase date to be eligible for replacement.
If an item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Items can also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to the fault of Pacific Sports.
